Terms of Use¶

Thank you for using Wellspent Service! Please read this Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using Wellspent. Because it is an important contract between us, providing Wellspent Service ("Wellspent" or "Service"), our users.

1. Acceptance of Terms¶

By clicking on the "I agree" button before creating an account to use the service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Use of the Service¶

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Service.

3. User Accounts¶

Most features of the Service can be used after you create an account for the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information that you use for signing in the Service.

4. Privacy¶

To provide Service to users, we collect and use personal information only to the extent of purposes and scope agreed by the user and safely manages such personal information pursuant to applicable laws and regulations related to the protection of personal information. Our efforts or other details related to safely processing relevant personal information of users can be found in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property¶

All content, trademarks, and data on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and logos, are the property of Wellspent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability¶

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Wellspent will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination¶

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by using the "Delete account" button available in your account settings. In such case, Wellspent shall process such application pursuant to applicable laws, etc. without delay.

Upon termination, all account data will be deleted and become irrecoverable except for the cases where Wellspent must retain a certain data for a specific period of time to comply with applicable laws, or Wellspent is allowed to retain a certain data for a specific period of time in accordance with our Privacy Policy and user's consent.

8. Changes to Terms¶

We may modify these Terms at any time, provided that such modifications will only be made to the extent they do not violate any applicable laws, and we will notify you of reasons for such modifications and the effective date of such modifications within the Services in advance. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law¶

This English version of Terms of Use is a translation based on the original Korean version of the Wellspent Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between these two versions, the original Korean version of the Wellspent Terms of Use shall prevail. The relationship between Service users and us in relation to the Terms shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising between Service users and us arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures set out in the Civil Procedure Act of Republic of Korea.
